Seaman Book (valid 5 years for Offshore MOU)

Passport, medical certificate, and relevant offshore certificates (e.g., BOSIET/FOET), proof of employment, and STCW Basic Training.
Seaman Book (valid 5 years)
Use: General seaman book for seafarers working on vessels under the Liberia flag, valid for all seafaring positions.
Requirements
STCW certificates, medical fitness certificate, passport, and employment letter.
Seaman Book for Ratings (valid 5 years)
Use: For non-officer seafarers (ratings) working in various crew capacities, such as deckhands or engine room assistants.

STCW Basic Training, valid medical certificate, passport, and proof of sea service or employment.
Cruise/Passenger Ship Card (valid 5 years)
Use: A card (not a book) issued to personnel working on cruise or passenger ships, including hotel staff or entertainers, only available for Liberian ship’s crew.

STCW certificates (depending on the role), passport, medical certificate, and employment proof on a cruise ship.
Cruise Staff (valid 5 years)
Use: For non-maritime personnel working on cruise ships, such as entertainers, hospitality staff, and other non-technical positions.
Requirements
Basic STCW safety training, medical fitness certificate, passport, and employment contract.
SQC's (Special Qualification Certificates)
